I took the afternoon off to work on my house. I was installing vinyl siding, my wife tell me she’s going to go get the kids. I hear a bang, and then I see my wife walking towards me and says I just hit your the pathfinder.
I get down from the scaffolding and take a look at the damage. It’s gonna need a new bumper, new foglight, new headlight, new chrome trim and the fender will have to be straightened.
Fuck sakes!
I think she backed up a lot faster than she says she did. She also said, well you never park there!
Well I’ve been parking in that exact spot for the last two weeks. Worse thing is we have a really big driveway.
Her rear bumper and rear light are really scratched to the black plastic under the white paint on her Elantra.
DC3 LS, will be perpetually replacing cars until the end of time

Welcome to the club, My cousin did this. I found a same color fender to replace it. It’s on its way. Apparently getting it off and on again is like butt fucking a rusty pole wth spikes, also know as standard Audi work

It’s okay. I heard you have to take the entire front of the car off to fix anything in the engine bay anyway, so it was only a matter of time until you have to remove the bumper for something else.

Both our cars are fully insured, and I actually work for my insurance company...
So gonna start the claims Monday morning once I get to the office.

When my wife smashed her passenger side mirror clean off, she said, “Well those posts make the driveway too narrow!” Never been a problem for me... I always look no matter how sure I am.

I knew that some how this was gonna be my fault. When she told me that I said in my head, well if you looked in the mirror, looked around before getting in you car it wouldn’t of happened. But I decided to keep that to myself. Didn’t want to cause a fight.
